Perfect location in Colchester near to Mexican restaurant, shops, restaurants, and the castle and castle park. Well-appointed and brand-new unit with a nice decor.

The location was magnificent, in the centre of the city. The staff was helpful, friendly attentive with every request.

The hotel was lovely little and well priced with exceptionally welcoming personnel at the reception desk. The property was in the central setting in the inner center of colchester.

Views were awful.

Incredible setting, just next door to the restaurant and breakfast, shops and bus stop and colchestrr castle and the George for several years. Again, not far from a contemporary art gallery. Friendly attentive and very attentive staff at the reception desk, smiling all time.

Location: the hotel was just next door to shops, restaurants & transport, the bus station and the train station, and Colchester Castle Museum and Natural History Museum. Also, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from Colchester Arts Centre. Wonderful continental breakfast except for deep fried potatoes and all the food was amazing.

The hotel was set in a central area adjacent to shops, pubs and restaurants, a night club and Colchester from London. Friendly attentive and thoughtful staff, provided information if needed. The breakfast served was reasonably good, everything you could wish for, with continental also set out and a lovely meal served with a smile, for example.

This was a magnificent and absolutely perfect location adjacent to pubs and restaurants, Colchester Castle Museum and Natural History Museum, and the city center. Exceptionally good continental breakfast for the alternatives, thoroughly enjoyed the food choices.

Had really enjoyable stay of old world character being there for a very long time and the weather was lovely.

Well-appointed and nicely furnished units with a fan to turn on, the bedroom, for example, and the staff were very very helpful.

The location was central, adjacent to all the shops, restaurants and coffee shops, the public areas and centre of Colchester. I ate at the lobby restaurant near the hotel.

Well-maintained and well stocked unit with large comfortable bed. The breakfast at 10:10. Good and ideal location in a Norman castle, and 5 minute walk from Colchester Town Hall.
